I.  Review for the conference is a double-blind peer-review process in which neither the reviewer nor the author know each other to ensure scientific quality of the submitted review. 

II.  Each submission is subjected to a preliminary check for plagiarism, outlook, submission compatibility with conference topics, and general overview of the submission. 

III.  The editor will then decide to assign two reviewers or reject the submission. IV.  Two reviewers will be assigned to review the submission and submit their comments and recommendations.

 V.  If there is a conflict between reviewers' opinion, the editor will assign a third reviewer to make a decision. 

VI.  Once a decision is made, the manuscript will be assigned to a member of the scientific committee for finalization of the submission and sent for publication, otherwise the decision is rejection.
